Good virtue pays you back

A poor boy Howard was selling goods door to door to pay his school fee. He got tired & felt hungry. A lady opened the door, thought he must be hungry. So she brought a 1 full glass of milk & something to eat. Years passed by. The lady got severely sick and was admitted in the hospital. The lady recovered but she was very worried that she would be paying the hospital bills all her life. When she got the bill, it was written at the bottom: “Paid with 1 glass of milk”.
