It is very easy to discourage anyone but it is extremely difficult to encourage. The best thing is that if you don’t have an art of encouraging you don’t have a right to discourage too. In other words, if you can’t make a good difference to anyone’s life, don’t do anything to spoil it at least.
Encouragement is the best medicine to cure discouragement.
