I spent almost two decades of my life with you. Starting from my childhood, I always saw you working, earning money for us to live comfortably, and in the spare time you tried to provide us entertainment by taking me to places which I like. There were times when I used to cry for no reason, but you always tried to make me happy and fulfilled my crazy wishes. I was never a good student at school, but your encouragement made me feel that I was the best. I never got time to thank you for whatever you gave me in the form of your love, money, and care. When I meet people, they appreciate me for my attitude and my character, and even my punctuality, I just say that these qualities were god gifted to my father, and he gifted to me.

Today is a father’s day and you are no more with me, but you are there in heaven watching me. I may not be perfect today, because I always need your guidance from step-to-step to make myself perfect. I miss you at times, but when people say that you are the reflection of your father, then I see you alive within myself. I am thankful to you father for whatever I am today, my golden memories with you will never fade. I am a lucky daughter as I had a father like you!!!
